    As the proud owner and coach at False Bay Fitness, I have a degree in Sport Science and hold a CrossFit Level 2 certification as well as Eleiko weightlifting qualification. I have been working as a Personal Trainer for 15 years and a CrossFit coach for 11 years. I specialise in technical analysis and coaching of weightlifting and gymnastics movements.

    I’m a Biokineticist and coach, running my practice at False Bay Fitness with my colleague Grant. I have a passion and love for helping people become better versions of themselves while training without pain, and rehab injuries.     I joined False Bay Fitness in 2020 as a coach and personal trainer where I offer one-on-one personal training sessions at False Bay Fitness. My passion lies in strength training, where I thrive on the challenge that each facet of fitness presents. I've served as a dedicated strength and conditioning coach for many years for rugby players and various rugby teams.

    I have 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. In 2021 I joined False Bay Fitness, specialising in training people in their 30s and 40s who are looking to manage their changing physique. I holding a BA in Human Movement Studies & Communication, Diploma in Exercise Science and a certificate in Exercise Science.
