These classes focus on learning and perfecting technique and building strength in weightlifting and gymnastics with a brief interval-style conditioning WOD. Ideal for all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned gym-goer, if you want to improve your skill set our coaches are ready for you, fostering continuous learning and maximizing the benefits of each session.

PureFit

The primary goal is to get your heart rate up and keep it there to improve you cardiovascular endurance. Workouts include basic strength elements alongside core and cardio exercises. Open to all skill levels, no prior movement knowledge is required. In the 60-minute session, all movements are explained and easily learned, ensuring accessibility for everyone, regardless of experience.

WODFit

WODFit classes demand a solid grasp of "Strength & Skill" movements due to higher skill requirements in weightlifting and gymnastics. These sessions feature longer, more intense conditioning, placing greater emphasis on the workout itself. If you up for a challenge and ready to show off your skills that you have work so hard at, then WODFit is the class for you.

Masters

Using a blend of diverse functional movements and weight training, the 'masters' class is tailored to cater to a more experienced and mature group of individuals, providing specialised training suitable for members who are 60+ years old.
